Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head to lead our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and creating sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth and revenue while managing a team of junior business development executives.

Responsibilities:

– **Lead Generation and Conversion:**
– Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
– Utilize various sales channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
– Work closely with junior business development executives to ensure consistent lead generation efforts.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
– Create and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
– Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local, international, and e-commerce markets.

Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

– Collaborate with internal teams, including product, analytics, engineering, marketing, and business operations, to deliver optimal solutions to clients.

Team Management and Development:

Sales Reporting and Analysis

– Implement and manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Qualifications

– Proven experience of 5+ years in business development or sales, specifically within the digital marketing industry.

– Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

RankHawn is a digital marketing company that is in need of a talented SEO Executive with 1+ years of experience doing Local, International and Ecommerce SEO. We’re looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven SEO track record of producing pieces that increase traffic and drive leads. This position requires a high level of analytical thinking, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant keywords to optimize search results rankings based on business objectives
  • Implement measurement and monitoring of performance metrics to understand progress on SEO
